I love this. It is so important that we see the wisdom inherent in our emotions. They have been finely honed over hundreds of thousands of years by our experiences. We need our emotions to tell us what's safe, what's OK, and what's not OK. If we're depressed or anxious, our emotions are sending us a message - something is not right. And in my experience, much of this is driven by a profoundly unhealthy culture where we are busy all day long with fewer and fewer close relationships to rely on for touch, sharing, or support. Just the recognition that "we are not crazy" can go a long way towards helping us recover.

Everyone is prone to depression in today's generation. On the other hand, it is so unfortunate to be in this generation due to how the society reacts on this issue. Some can be open-minded regarding this, but some are not. I have met some people who really are insensitive about this matter. I hope that everyone will get a good feedback regarding depression. I hope the society will become one in order to reduce the number of depression cases.
