I feel very lucky to have the job that I have. I love my work, and feel so honored that I am able to support others in a way I care deeply about.
A little more about me personally - I am committed to doing my own work. I walk this path every day, in every moment, and have learned so much through my own growth process. I love LOVE dancing and intuitive movement and have healed a great deal through these practices. I very much enjoy walking and being outdoors and can often be seen on the Bolin Creek trails when I am in Carrboro. I have found meditation, somatic work, and soul work to be enormously helpful in my work as a therapist as well as in my personal life. I often go on meditation retreats to support my practice.
I am currently working part-time so that I can dedicate the rest of my time to my spiritual practice.

Love is reckless; not reason.
Reason seeks a profit.
Love comes on strong,
consuming herself, unabashed.
Yet, in the midst of suffering,
Love proceeds like a millstone,
hard surfaced and straightforward.
Having died of self-interest,
she risks everything and asks for nothing.
Love gambles away every gift God bestows.
Without cause God gave us Being;
without cause, give it back again.
